FORT WALTON BEACH — Logan Quimuyog was 2 for 3 with four RBIs as Mosley downed Fort Walton Beach. Mosley’s Zach Rhodes was 2-3 with three RBIs and Clay Causey was 2-3 with an RBI.
Andrew Deramo was the winning pitcher with eight strikeouts in five innings.
Mosley (5-1 overall, 1-1 in District 2-6A) hosts Choctawhatchee tonight.

PANAMA CITY — Rutherford’s Abbie Barron pitched a two-hitter and the Rams had eight hits in a District 1-5A win over host Bay.
Barron (1-0) struck out seven. She also led the Rams with a double and two RBIs. Kayla Whitaker and Aaliyah Maiben each had a single and two RBIs.
Rutherford (4-1, 2-1 in the district) hosts district rival Gulf Breeze today at 6 p.m.
Bay’s losing pitcher Angelica Mathes and Ashley Beason each were 1 for 2.
