LYNN HAVEN — Mosley claimed a pair of 6-1 victories in both boys and girls divisions in a county tennis match against Bay on Thursday.
The Dolphins’ teams are 5-0 in the county, the Dolphins’ boys 7-2 overall and the girls 5-4.

SPRINGFIELD — The Rams improved to 8-2 as Curtin Taylor struck out 10 and allowed seven hits.
Abbie Barron had two singles and a double and two RBIs, Micah Pledger had two singles and a double and Paige Williamsen doubled for Rutherford.
Rutherford plays at Gulf Breeze today in another District 1-5A game.
Blountstown 24, West Gadsden 0
GREENSBORO — Blountstown exploded for 19 runs in the second inning of a game shortened to three innings to improve to 3-8.
For the Tigers, Courtney McFarland had four hits and four RBIs, Taylor Stalnaker and Jordan Herndon each had three hits and two RBIs, Sarah Liffick two hits and four RBIs, Lauren Blackburn two hits and three RBIs and Chelsey Weiler, Randa McCroan, Cierra Brown and Hope Jerkins all had two hits.
Blountstown hosts South Walton in a doubleheader on Tuesday.
Holmes County 12, Freeport 7
FREEPORT — Paige Riley was the winning pitcher for the Blue Devils, 6-3. Ciara Jones was 2 for 3 with a double, an RBI and four runs scored, Hannah Prescott 2 for 4 with three RBIs, Shelby Clark had a double and three RBIs, Riley was 2 for 3 with a double and scored three runs and Selena Long 2 for 4.
Rutherford 11, Marianna 0
MARIANNA — Rutherford avenged an earlier loss as Heath Holmes pitched four innings in the mercy rule win. Holmes yielded six hits but didn’t walk a batter, a key according to Rams coach Jon Hudson whose staff has been plagued by wildness.
Seven Rams hit safely with Dondrell Harris with one hit, two RBIs and two runs scored. Dallas Davis had two RBIs and Nick Nelson had a double and two RBIs.
Rutherford, 6-3, plays at Arnold tonight.
University School 8, Bozeman 1
SAND HILLS — The Memphis, Tenn., school scored four runs in the first inning on Bucks’ starter and loser Reed Ruddick. Bozeman, 7-3, had two hits, but Alec Aleywine and Logan Strausbaugh. Brandon Suttles had an RBI for the Bucks.
Bozeman plays Port St. Joe on Tuesday.
Port St. Joe 13-13, Myrtle (Miss.) 3-3
PORT ST. JOE — Chase Wilder struck out four and allowed two hits for the Tiger Sharks in the opener of a doubleheader sweep. Tyler Worley was 2 for 3, Bryce Godwin 2 for 4, Cole Cryderman 2 for 4 and Ricky Pennington 2 for 4.
Port St. Joe won the second game by the same score behind Cryderman, who struck out three and yielded one hit. Worley was 3 for 3, Godwin 2 for 4, Tucker Smith 2 for 4 and Darkeice Davis 2 for 3.
The Tigers Sharks, 5-7, host Bozeman on Tuesday.
Blountstown 8, South Walton 7
BLOUNTSTOWN — The Tigers remained unbeaten at 12-0 as Tanner Peacock scored the winning run on a wild pitch in the bottom of the seventh inning.
Colby Mullins was the winning pitcher in relief and was 3 for 4 at the plate. Josh Taylor was 2 for 4.
Blountstown hosts Marianna at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Altha 10, Ingomar 3
ALTHA — Justin Waldroff was 2 for 3 with a double, two runs and an RBI as the Wildcats defeated the Mississippi school. Hunter Baggett had a bases-clearing double and Jacob Ratliff had a double and RBI. Winning pitcher Cody Barfield went the distance.
Altha, 6-4, plays at Franklin County today.

PONCE DE LEON — Jenna Sellers allowed six hits in a complete-game win. Prescott was 2 for 4 with a home run and three RBIs and Courtney English had a hit and two RBIs.
