Rocky Bayou Christian 35, Aucilla Christian Academy 6
MONTICELLO — For a young football program writing its own history, Rocky Bayou Christian has gone a little overboard this season.
For a team that made history by winning a fourth game this season, Friday night brought something with a completely new word for the Knights.
With its victory over Aucilla Christian Academy (6-3) on Friday night, Rocky Bayou (6-2) claimed the North Division championship of the North Florida Football Conference and a spot in the conference championship game against Southern Division champion St. John’s Country Day of Jacksonville on Nov. 15 in Destin.
On Friday, Levi Deery scored four touchdowns — three rushing and one receiving. His night brought his rushing total to more than 1,000 yards this season — the cherry on the top of the Knights’ historic season.
Tyler Paskel also had a rushing touchdown Friday for Rocky Bayou.
The Knights have one more regular season game at public-school foe Freeport next Friday.
East Gadsden 14, Walton 6
QUINCY — On a muddy field in almost constant rain, Walton could get very little going in a loss to East Gadsden.

East Gadsden scored on a 15-yard run at 5:55 in the fourth quarter.
